I have lost twenty-six inches!!! After 30 days on the program I have lost twelve pounds and twenty-six inches. My arthritis has disappeared since I began drinking the shakes combined with psoriasis in my foot has improved a great deal; I can't believe it! I've tried so several diets and diet products but this program will be the 1st that's healed me in so several areas in addition to my weight issue. Sheila W. 11/17/2010
