In 1946, the famous British economist J.R. hicks, in value and capital, developed the concept of income into a general concept of economic gain. He argues that the real purpose of computing revenues is to make people aware of the amount of money they can spend without making them poorer. Accordingly, he gave a generally accepted definition of "the maximum amount of consumption that a person can spend at the end of the term, at the same level of prosperity". Hicks's definition, though primarily for personal gain, applies to businesses as well. In the case of the enterprise, according to this definition, the enterprise income can be understood as the maximum amount that can be allocated in the enterprise cost accounting period under the same amount of capital at the end of the term and the beginning of the period. The international monetary fund cut its growth forecast for the UK to 1.6 per cent this year from 1.7 per cent in October and is expected to grow by 1.5 per cent in 2018. He added: "austerity has failed and will only continue to undermine our economy in the brexit negotiations. Britain has a long history of motor vehicle development, and the world's leading enterprises, universities, motor racing industry and autonomous projects have the strength to realize the transformation and development. Professional knowledge and forward-looking thinking are the unique advantages of developing core automotive technology in the UK. Mr Draghi said the positive news about eurozone growth meant that the bank's council was "increasingly confident" that inflation would strengthen over the long term and become "self-sustaining". But he added that the current policy needed to be maintained to "maintain inflation", reaching the ECB's target of close to 2 percentage points.
