Many of us hold the Oprah syndrome.. You know our weight really can fluctuate over the years. I was 40 when I chose to get in shape again. I weighed about 235 pounds. My height is 5'-10 1/2 ". I was fat but not obese. So I'm going into sales and I must improve my appearance. I'm going to sales school regular in Englewood, Florida. I am not working in a regular job. Yoga still plays crucial role during my life. Unfortunately, lot depends on the teacher. My present teacher will be the least experienced as being a teacher and I find difficult she will not correct us to enhance our poses and our posture. This is a restorative class where I go now to gradually get back after my back problem. Her sequencing along with the structure with the class is very inconsistent.
