Do genetics really matter? In my opinion from your research I have done and from personal experience it is a little of both. Yes and no per say. Each individual includes a "unique" physique and muscle density underneath what fat we have. The less amount of fat we've the more we notice certain features. If I am 5' 5" and weigh a normal 155lbs, I am most likely not likely to resemble a 6'6" 250lbs NFL linebacker, however I am planning to look awesome for my body system type. So what I am getting at is that, each of us can truly maximize what much of our potential might be with regards to a physical being. However, I recommend not wanting to compare ourselves along with other people, as the truth is always that they are the most useful they can be and we is only able to be the ideal we can be, not both. How ever the internet MBA students interviewed in India typically came directly from undergraduate degree, most were in their early twenties, were single coupled with little professional experience. As a result, their discussion of gender tended to mix theoretical knowledge with beliefs espoused by their families.
