Getting All the Above Langer-Giedion syndrome just isn't normally genetically inherited. It happens as a result of random occurrences during the advance of either eggs or sperm in a parent of the affected individual. There is no previous history of the syndrome inherited line. In rare cases, individuals inherit the chromosomal deletion coming from a parent who has this issue.
