Symptoms of arthritis usually develop over time, but may also occur suddenly. Arthritis is most common in adults over the age of 65, but it can also develop in children, adolescents and young adults. Arthritis is more common in women than men and overweight people. In 1994 Rawanda was devastated by mass killings. 800,000 people died in the Rawandan genocide mainly through the Tutsi tribe murdered by extremist Tutus. At the time this was hard to imagine since they were living together back then. The murderers fled with more than one million refugees heading for eastern Congo.
