We do not keep personal data longer than is necessary. When we cease to provide Services to a Customer, we will delete all personal data posted on the Website by the Customer and their guests and contacts pursuant to the Services.
We do not specifically collect information about children, but we are concerned about the safety of children and their use of the Internet. Therefore, we will never knowingly request or solicit personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such personal information without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is practical. If you are a Customer you confirm that parental consent has been obtained for any personal information on children under the age of 13 which is made available on the Website as part of your use of the Services.
